• Considerable experience in creating and managing advanced production and multimedia systems that cross industry boundaries, refined by specialized and accredited Internet Technologies and Web Services certified training including: XML, SQL, ASP and Visual Studio .NET; maintaining system integrity and accuracy; and the training of staff in digital publishing, multimedia production and development.
• Directly related experience includes a Program Manager/Lead Producer position, where I led requirements gathering sessions, drafted functional and technical specifications documents, provided content management, created and maintained relationships with internal and external teams, top-level clients, third-party vendors and production studio.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects among many groups and provide clear plan of dependencies and milestones – the design, development, implementation and publishing of online continuing education videos, multimedia courseware and all associated strategic and tactical planning to expand Digital Publishing’s impact, visibility and revenue streams.
